Our meals can be made with cold or room temperature water, just double the rehydration time. Once open, contents should be used immediately. However, product resealed using the included plastic lid has been found to be acceptable up to one week after opening. Can is sold by weight not volume. Some settling may occur due to shipping, handling or variations in product density.
