BaseCharge 600+ features faster recharging times from both a wall outlet and solar as well as a new everyday low price at $599 while still offering an impressive 622 Wh of capacity. Upgraded 200W solar input means you can now use up to [2] SolarPanel 100s for faster solar generation versus the old model which could only accommodate one.

Check out our charging charts for approximate runtimes on popular items. As a quick reference, with the 600 Wh battery you can run 100W devices for 6 hours, 200W devices for 3 hours, or recharge smaller devices' batteries multiple times. With AC/DC power and multiple outlets to choose from, BaseCharge 600 is capable of powering a wide range of devices.
-
Watt-hours represents the stored energy capacity of the internal battery while watts represents the amount of power that can be pulled from the power station by another device.
-
Some devices, like a blender or electric saw, require a small boost of initial power to kickstart a motor. BaseCharge's surge rating means our station can temporarily flex up to meet that power need without overloading the system.
-
You can fully discharge and recharge the PowerStation 1000 times before experiencing efficiency loss in the battery (calculated at 80% of original performance). Your power station will still be very useful and functional after 1000 cycles, just with a slightly diminished battery efficiency.
-
We calculated a high-use scenario of fully discharging and recharging a BaseCharge twice a week every single week for a year. This gets us to 104 cycles. With a rating of 1000 cycles to 80%, we can conclude that a high-use customer can continue this pace of use for roughly 10 years before experiencing any efficiency loss in the battery (and even after 1000 cycles, the power station will still be very useful and functional, just with slightly diminished battery capacity).

Refer to your device's power specifications. This includes looking at the plug type required to run or recharge your device (12V car port, barrel port, USB-A, USB-C, AC) as well as the continuous power requirements or rechargeable battery capacity of your device. For rechargeable devices, a good reference is if your device's battery is smaller than that of BaseCharge, it will likely be compatible. For continuous power devices, BaseCharge 600 can provide up to 600W of real-time output with a 1000W Surge while BaseCharge 1500 can provide 1200W of real-time output with a 2400W surge. For wireless recharging, BaseCharge's deck is compatible with devices that have built-in compatibility for wireless recharging, most notably smartphones, tablets, and some laptop models.
-
BioLite's internal custom circuitry and firmware is constantly monitoring your system so you can share power to devices safely and reliably. This includes core checks like over and under voltage limits, charge current limit, short circuit protection, high and low-temperature limits, discharge current limit, inverter temperature limit, and more. In the event your unit experiences an error, the checkpoint system will send notifications to the message center on your dashboard and may cut off power to the port facings, protecting both BaseCharge and your external devices.
-
No, much like a laptop or camera, BaseCharge is an electronic designed for regular use but is not waterproof due to all the ports required for the functionality of the product. When using it in outdoor settings, we recommend keeping it shaded under a canopy or awning. If using it as part of a solar generator setup, your SolarPanel 100 IS weatherproof and can handle the rain while your BaseCharge stays under shelter.
-
No, both BaseCharge 600 and 1500 exceed the FAA's regulated limit of 100 Watt Hours for lithium ion batteries. BaseCharge - as with all high capacity power stations, must be transported through ground transportation.
-
The BaseCharge operates best in temperatures between 30F - 100F.
